C-TREC Acquires Hilton Computer Strategies

Houston, TX (PRWEB) June 13, 2008 -- C-TREC, a leading Houston-based corporate information technology education company, and has acquired one of its chief competitors, Hilton Computer Strategies, to create the dominant regional player for companies to turn to for quality IT learning solutions. The combined company, called C-TREC Hilton IT Academy, boasts the top IT educators and the most comprehensive range of courses in greater Houston.

The companies have been key IT education brands in Houston for a combined 45 years. By consolidating these players in a fragmented IT education segment, the move will enhance the selection and quality of programs available.
